The building is two storeys high and has a double-fronted design, consisting of four casement windows and a central door. The door is topped with a wooden lintel and has a flat canopy supported by brackets. The ground floor has pairs of casement windows with cambered heads, while the first floor features longer pairs of casement windows with flat heads, displaying a late 19th century or early 20th century glazing-bar pattern.
