Description
Ystafell is a house constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, featuring a close-eaved slate roof and red brick stacks at the ends, which were replaced in the earlier 20th century. The building has two storeys and is double-fronted, with a significant offset to the left. It includes two small single casement windows with two panes each, situated under the eaves, above two pairs of broader casement windows with six panes each. There is a half-glazed door located between the windows, which has a cemented surround. The right end wall is windowless and made of rubble stone, while the left end has an added lean-to constructed from cement blockwork. At the rear, there is an outshut that has been rendered. The property was not accessible at the time of the survey.
