Description
The Greyhound Inn is a small inn built of stone rubble that is rendered with roughcast. It features a slate roof with overhanging boarded eaves and tall roughcast corniced end stacks. The building is single storey with an attic and has a symmetrical frontage. This includes a full-height central gabled projecting bay with a full dormer, and ground floor windows on either side of a pointed-arched doorway that has a recessed door. The windows on the ground floor are 20th-century casements. The rear elevation displays a lower cross wing that is incorporated into a parallel higher and later cross wing, with two small first floor casements that have shallow segmental arched heads on the sides.
Inside, the inn is now a single room as former divisions have been removed. There is a 19th-century fireplace to the right, along with a dado rail and boarding.
