Description

31 Four Ash Street is an attached house with a roughcast rendered exterior and a deep-pitched slate roof featuring swept eaves and corniced brick end stacks. The rear of the house has an asbestos roof. The front facade has a two-window range with small-pane casement glazing and timber lintels. There is a doorway on the centre right with a boarded door, and a shallow offset is present at the left side.

Inside, the house reportedly retains two staircases, one of which rises beside the fireplace, suggesting possible evidence of upper cruck construction.
