Description

29 Four Ash Street is part of a pair of houses, along with 27 Four Ash Street, featuring later Georgian frontages. The houses are attached and project from each side. They have a roughcast rendered exterior and a shallow-pitched slate roof with slightly swept eaves. There is a rendered end stack on the left and a shared stack on the right. The buildings are two storeys high and have a two-window range of 16-pane sash windows with narrow glazing bars and shallow sills, along with a centre blind on the first floor. There are paired doorways in reveals at the centre, each with plain boarded doors. The property includes a walled and flagged forecourt.
