Description
This is an outbuilding at Allt-y-bella, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. The north gable front features a broad gable that is whitewashed and plastered, likely with red brick underneath. The ground floor is open, supported by a single central square rubble stone pier and a continuous timber lintel. On the upper floor, there is a three-light diamond-mullion window positioned to the left of the center, and the eaves overhang with decorative bargeboards. The right side wall shows remnants of external stone steps leading to a loft door.
To the left, there is a lean-to with a rubble stone end wall and a small two-light window. The roof was largely collapsed at the time of the survey. The side wall has two doors, and there is a window located in the rear end wall. Inside, the ground floor features seven large square beams, along with one beam at each end.
