Description

The barn at Village Farm is a 19th-century structure built from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with an asbestos roof. The east front features off-centre full-height double doors, with one vent loop on the left and two vent loops on the right. There is a board door on the ground floor to the left. The north end wall has a large loft opening in the gable, supported by a timber lintel. The rear west side is covered with concrete tiles and includes a barn door situated under a catslide roof, along with three vent loops.

Inside, the barn has a four-bay roof supported by tie-beam and angle-strut trusses. The left bay has a raised floor built on a rubble stone wall.
