Description
The memorial to David Williams is an obelisk made of pale grey marble, featuring a pyramidal top. It stands on a square base, which has ogee moulding along the top edge and a small pediment at the center of each side. The inscription honoring David Williams is located on the south face of the base. Above this, there is a cast bust of David Williams, made of bronze or bronze-plated material. The base of the memorial is set on a five-tier sandstone platform.
The memorial is situated within a small enclosure surrounded by iron railings. The railings have two panels on each side, with the handrails sweeping up to the piers and adorned with circular motifs.
