Description
This property, at 30 Graig-yr-Helfa Road, Pontypridd, comprises a pair of three-stage round towers which are positioned to flank wrought iron gates, with two-storey attached wings. The building is constructed of rendered walls, painted white. The towers and the wing on the right have slate roofs, while the wing on the left has replacement tile roofs; all have wide boarded eaves. Eaves stacks are positioned on the outer sides of the towers, and each wing has two ridge stacks. The lower and middle stages of the towers feature three narrow windows with triangular heads, while the upper stage has two windows. The rear wings incorporate single-fronted and then double-fronted cottages. Lower projections have been added to each end of the building and to the rear. The interiors have been modernised. The building forms part of a group of four.
