Description
The Glyntaff Round House is a building comprising a pair of three-stage round towers that flank wrought iron gates, with two-storey attached wings. The walls are rendered and painted white. The towers and the right-hand wing have slate roofs, while the left-hand wing has replacement tile roofs, all featuring wide boarded eaves. The towers have eaves stacks on their outer sides, and each wing has two ridge stacks. The lower and middle stages of the towers each contain three narrow windows with triangular heads, while the upper stage has two windows. The rear wings incorporate single-fronted and then double-fronted cottages. Lower projections have been added to both ends and at the rear of the structure. The interiors have been modernised. The building belongs to a group of four similar buildings.
