Description
The Laurels is a two-storey building with a stuccoed front that features two bays and a gable adorned with curvilinear bargeboards and a cross finial above the left bay. The roof is made of Welsh slate and includes ridge tiles. The building has an L-shaped plan and is accented with rusticated quoins.
On the northern bay, there is a sash window with 2 over 2 panes and a square dripmould on the first floor, along with a bay window on the ground floor. The southern bay contains a sash window with a dripmould on the ground floor and a gable stack. The south return features another gable above a first-floor window. The side elevations are plain, with the left return having a door, a window, and two truncated stacks. The rear elevation has not been observed.
The interior was not seen during the last survey in November 2001.
