Description

The Ladies' Toilets is an underground public convenience. It features a single entrance surrounded by iron railings, which are adorned with leaf finials and a band of quatrefoils above a band of open quatrefoils. The lower intermediate railings have fleur-de-lys finials, while the taller posts are topped with more elaborate fleur-de-lys finials, and there is a matching gate.

Inside, the stairs leading down are fitted with brass handrails. The walls are made of brick, and the cubicles are designed with a dentil cornice and 4-panelled doors.
