Description

The Gentlemen's Toilets is an underground public convenience featuring two entrances with decorative railings. These railings are adorned with leaf finials, a band of quatrefoils above a band of open quatrefoils, and lower intermediate railings topped with fleur-de-lys finials. The taller posts have more elaborate fleur-de-lys finials, and there are matching gates.

Each entrance is accessed by stairs that have brass handrails. The walls are made of brick. On one side, there are cubicles with a dentil cornice and four-panelled doors. Opposite, there are ceramic urinals framed in black marble, along with stall dividers.
