Description
This listing describes a pair of lamp stands made of Portland stone, located to the southwest of the Law Courts. Each lamp stand features an obelisk on a pedestal. At the base of the obelisks, there is ironwork displaying the Cardiff arms on the front. The sides of the lamp stands are adorned with the prows of ships, which have griffin and wyvern figureheads. The heads of these figureheads support lamp stands.
