Description
Group of two semi-detached houses with paired entrances. Built of thinly coursed rough faced pennant sandstone with Bath stone ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roofs with red brick ridge chimneys and ridge tiles. Three storeys, and each house is two bays wide with a large and a small bay. The ground and first floors have polygonal 5-light bay windows with shields to the aprons and a leaded roof without parapet above. Triple sash window with stone mullions in gable above with shell motif over. Paired doorways with moulded arches in ashlar surround, fine part glazed doors with etched glass in door and fanlight; paired porch with polished limestone columns with foliated capitals, shaped heads, carved panel with heads over, cast iron railing to balcony. Each house has a window above this on each floor, the paired top floor one rises into a shared half-dormer with slate roof. All windows are plate glass sashes. Rear elevation not seen.
