Description
The Flight of Steps from the Upper to Lower Terrace at Insole Court is made of Bath limestone ashlar. It features a double flight of steps that descends between two terraces leading down to the sunken lawn. Each flight consists of six steps, with ramped sides and blocks at each corner. The top blocks are large enough to support couchant terracotta lions.
