Description
Pantysgawen is a small farmhouse dating from the 17th to 18th century. It has one storey and an attic, with thick white-painted stone rubble walls and boulder footings. The roof is made of artificial slate and features a rooflight along with two full dormers that have stone sills. There is a brick stack at one end. The ground floor includes three windows with concrete sills, an incomplete hoodmould to the right, and a doorway to the centre right, all fitted with plastic glazing. The north gable end has a curved wall that houses a bread oven. The farmhouse has been substantially extended at the rear.
Since it was listed, the interior has reportedly been converted into a single living room. It retains an open fireplace, along with chamfered and stopped cross beams and a spiral staircase located beside the fireplace.
