Description
The Fog Station at Nash Point Lighthouse is a single-storey building with lined-out render, likely over stone, and a flat roof. The north elevation features a centrally located doorway, flanked by a 2-light transomed window. To the left of the entrance is a wide doorway leading to the engine room. The west elevation has a return with three windows, while the east elevation includes a doorway with narrow side lights and two additional windows. All windows have slightly cambered heads and projecting cills, and the building is topped with an unmoulded cornice and blocking course. On the roof, two fog horns are mounted on a metal drum, facing south-west and south-east.
Inside, the building contains a plain office and engine room. The engine room is equipped with diesel generators and electrical equipment necessary for operating the fog horns.
