Description
The sundial in the churchyard of the Church of the Holy Trinity features a limestone base and the lower part of a churchyard cross, topped with a bronze sundial. The square medieval base has a large roll moulding at the top, which incorporates a smaller square medieval base with stops at the angles. Rising from this is a truncated octagonal medieval cross-shaft. The bronze sundial at the top is inscribed as the work of J King, optician, located at 2 Clare Street, Bristol.
