Description
Treoes Farmhouse is a two-storey building constructed from local limestone rubble, featuring squared quoins and dressings, and limewashed gables. It has a Welsh slate roof and brick stacks. The layout follows a single depth central entry plan with a continuous outshut under a catslide roof. The facade includes three windows with small paned casements set under elliptical heads, and a central plank door also with an elliptical head. The roof is plain with gable stacks, and there are small casements in the outshut walls.
While the interior was not inspected during the resurvey, it is known to have a basic four-room plan, along with two additional ground floor rooms in the outshut and a central stairhall.
