Description
74 Mumbles Road is a building featuring two polygonal, two-stage towers on either side of a one-storey link. The structure is made of rubble stone and has a slate roof over the central link. Each tower has rounded turrets added to the outer sides and embattled parapets with stone stacks. On the south side, the link includes a three-light casement window, while the east tower features a pair of pointed-arch windows facing the garden. The west tower has two-light casements on each storey, a blocked doorway, and has been partly rebuilt. On the east side facing the road, the east tower has a two-light casement in the upper stage and a blocked doorway. On the north side, there is a doorway in the east tower with a replaced door, accompanied by two-light casements to its right in each storey. The link also has two two-light casements, and the east wing includes a two-light casement in the upper storey along with a one-storey blockwork projection added to its west end. The building has not been inspected.
