Description
The estate wall of Singleton Park is a rubble wall that likely reached its current height in the mid-19th century. It shows evidence of several phases of construction, with rubble of varying sizes and different types of copings. There is an inscribed stone located to the south of a D-shaped recess, roughly opposite Malvern Terrace, which may bear a date of 1983 and other figures that could represent dates. Some short sections of the wall have been reduced to foundation level and feature iron railings. The copings are mostly round and made of slag bricks, with some repairs done in concrete, while others are made of stone or stones laid on edge.
