Description

Salmons House is a two-storey building from the mid-19th century, originally part of the former Salmon Court, which was once a hotel. The front features a roughcast finish with three windows and pilaster strips at the ends and in the middle, indicating an earlier structure that has since been divided. The building has a tall slate roof with wide boarded eaves and roughcast and brick chimney stacks. The central window on the upper floor is a 12-pane sash, flanked by tripartite sash windows with cambered heads. The ground floor has similar windows, with a modern door and porch in the center. There are sash windows on the right gable end, and the entrance is located at the left end.
