Description
Salmon Flat is a two-storey building from the mid to late 19th century, featuring a four-window roughcast front with a central pilaster strip. It was part of the earlier 19th-century Salmon Court, which was noted on the 1840 Tithe Map and once operated as a hotel. The building has a broad cross gable on the right side, a slate roof, wide boarded eaves, and plain bargeboards on the gable. There are roughcast and brick chimney stacks. The windows are recessed tripartite and 12-pane sash windows, mostly with cambered heads. A modern door is topped with a pedimented hood.
