Description

22 The Struet is part of a group of four houses, which also includes Nos 21a, 21, and 23. These two-storey buildings feature roughcast walls with a decorative band at the first-floor level and a plinth at the base. The roofs are slate, with a hip over No 21a on the right. The houses have small-pane sash windows, with 12-pane sashes for Nos 21a and 21, and 16-pane sashes for Nos 22 and 23.

Each house has a doorway on the right and a window on the left on both the ground and first floors, along with a gabled dormer that includes a sash window. The doorways are round-headed and pedimented, flanked by pilasters and consoles, featuring six-panelled doors and a semi-circular fanlight with radiating tracery.
