Description

This is a small, two-storey house with a basement, likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of stone, with pebbledash rendering on the walls and a slate roof. The front of the house, facing north, has a two-window arrangement. It features modern two-light casement windows; the upper windows have decorative heads at eaves level, and the lower right-hand window has a cambered head. Modern windows are also present in the basement. A central doorway provides access via a four-panelled door. The house is connected to a public pathway by a small footbridge. A low retaining wall of stone with ashlar coping runs along the pathway, and it is bordered by 19th-century or later iron railings.
