Description
The building is an elaborate bronzed cast-metal fountain, constructed in a belle époque style. The fountain’s base features figures of four dolphins, their tails supporting a plinth shaped like a Corinthian capital. This plinth supports a basin with overlapping petals from which rises a figure of a stork, its neck outstretched, beak pointing upwards, and one wing raised. The fountain is situated in a circular pool edged with stone.
