Nos 10 and 11 Orchard Street are an asymmetrical pair of three-storey houses featuring four windows in total. They have slate roofs that share the same eaves line but have separate ridges. The exterior is finished in cement render with a plinth.

No. 11 has three window bays. The second floor has inward opening windows that are four panes wide. The first and ground floors have horned sash windows, with the first floor windows including margin lights of coloured glass. The ground floor features a modern door located in the centre.
