Description
Nos 17 and 18 Bridge Street are a pair of three-storey houses featuring three windows in total. The buildings are rendered and have end pilaster strips and a plinth. They are topped with a slate roof that has a lower ridge compared to No 16, and they feature paired bracket eaves. The window openings are plain, with small-pane sash windows that are three panes wide. The rear of the houses is exposed stone with brick dressings, and there are tall round-headed staircase windows with small-pane glazing.
No 17 has a scribed rendered front with two windows and a doorway located roughly in the centre. It has 12-pane hornless sash windows throughout. The entrance features a reproduction doorcase with tall fluted pilasters and a reinstated six-panelled door with a rectangular overlight. There is a gabled dormer at the rear.
