Description

The lych gate at the Church of St Issui in Partrishow is designed in the Arts-and-Crafts style and is constructed from snecked rubble stone with a gabled stone-tile roof. Inside, the gate features a barrel-vaulted ceiling with recesses that hold stone benches. There is also an inscription band that commemorates Richard Baker-Gabb of Abergavenny, who died in 1919. The front of the gate is adorned with double wooden gates that have cast iron fleur-de-lys finials.
