Description

This is a two-storey brick house with an attic, featuring a three-window stucco front. The central bay is advanced and gabled, flanked by pilaster strips at the ends. It has a slate roof with bracket eaves, which are wider and include panels at the gable. The house has rubble end chimney stacks. There is a recessed and blocked circular attic window, and the first and ground floors have 12-pane sash windows. The entrance features a central open pedimented doorcase with a wide cornice and a classical entablature, which is broken by a four-pane fanlight above a six-panel door that is partially glazed.
