Description

The Cemetery Chapel, built in a decorated Gothic style, is one of a mirrored pair of chapels that face each other across a circular space. Constructed from grey stone with bands of red-brown stone and pale ashlar dressings, it features a slate roof made of alternating bands of grey and purple slates.

On the northeast gabled end facing the road, there is a belcote and a three-light window adorned with Decorated style tracery. The elevation facing the circular space includes a gabled porch on the left, and to the right, there are two gabled single light windows. The south gable end is marked by two lancet windows with Decorated style tracery. The northwest elevation has a porch with a narrow doorway flanked by small narrow lancets, and to its right, there are two gabled single light windows.
