Description
3 Dainter Place is a two-storey building with a south-east elevation featuring one window bay and a door on each floor. The building has a slate hipped roof with projecting eaves and is clad in roughcast. The first-floor windows are three panes wide and open inwards, while the ground-floor windows are sash windows, also three panes wide.
For No. 1, there is a modern doorway on the right side with three steps leading up to it, and windows are located on the left side. No. 2 has windows on the right side and a four-panelled door on the left side. No. 3 features a modern half-glazed door on the right side and a four-panelled door on the left side. Lastly, No. 4 has windows on the right side and a four-panelled door on the left side.
