Description

4 Kensington Row is part of a row of five two-storey cottages. The cottages feature stone rubble walls and slate roofs, with a half-hip at the southwest end. Number 4 has a pebbledash exterior and a modern door on the right-hand side. To the left, there is a window on the first floor with a flat head at eaves level, and a window below it.
