Description
Gwalia is a paired mid-19th century building, not shown on the 1834 survey map, featuring late Georgian architectural style. It has a rendered three-storey front with a cill band and a double pile structure, topped with a slate roof and projecting eaves. The building includes small-pane sash glazing, with two windows on the second floor that are higher and have pitched dormer roofs. There are two-storey bay windows with cornices and later glazing at the shop fronts. The doorways are adorned with bracketed hoods, and there is a four-panel door leading to Manchester House.
