Description

This is a painted cast iron water pump. It features light banding along the shaft and a wider, fluted upper section, topped with a broad rim and a detachable rounded, fluted head that has a pointed top. There is foliate decoration where the spout connects to the pump. The spout itself has a lightly decorated crest, and the cast iron handle ends in a plain ball.
