Description

Soar is a 2-storey house with 2 windows, built from whitened rubble stone and topped with a slate roof featuring brick stacks. The openings on the lower storey have cambered heads with stone vousoirs. The windows on this level are margin-lit sashes, positioned beside a half-glazed corrugated iron door. The upper storey is fitted with small-pane pivoting windows located beneath the eaves. At the back, there is a continuous outshut, and a corrugated iron lean-to is attached to the left gable end.
