The stable and schoolroom at Rhydwilym Chapel is a 2-storey building constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof. The front of the building, facing the chapel, features two almost square 12-pane hornless sash windows on the upper storey. At ground level, there is a small shuttered window on the left and a boarded door on the right, both situated under cambered stone heads. The left gable end has a 12-pane window in the upper storey and a boarded door on the lower right, also under a cambered stone head. The right gable end includes stone steps leading to a replaced schoolroom door, with a replaced window to its left. The rear of the building, which faces the road, has two 12-pane hornless sash windows located beneath the eaves.
Inside, the schoolroom features a boarded ceiling, while the stable contains wooden stalls and a cobbled floor.
