Description
The W. Evans George Premises is a house built around 1840 to 1860, featuring a stucco front and rubble stone construction. It has a low-pitched slate roof with eaves and a stone stack at the south end. The three-storey building has a three-window front that is painted, with plain boarded eaves. The upper windows are six-pane squares, while the first-floor windows have twelve panes. On the ground floor, there are tripartite windows with a configuration of four panes on the sides and twelve panes in the middle, located on either side of the central door. The tripartite sashes have frosted and etched plate glass in the lower halves, replacing the original glazing bars. At the rear, there is a hipped stair tower.
