Description

The Golden Grove Inner West Gate is marked by a pair of monolith gatepiers, each resting on a small chamfered plinth and topped with a moulded and enriched cap. Each pier features a rib of stone on the gate face, which serves as a closure for the gate. The original gate has been replaced, and there is a modern pass-gate located on the south side. To the north, a low wall topped with iron spearhead railings extends from the gate.
