Description
Belsize, located at No 13 Gloucester Terrace, is a terraced house dating from the 19th century. It features painted stucco with a slate roof and a modillion eaves cornice. The house has a brick stack on the left end and a rendered stack on the right end. It is double-fronted and has three storeys, with an off-centre doorway. Originally, it had hornless sash windows on each floor on either side. The right side retains its original 9-pane attic sash and 12-pane sashes on the first and ground floors, while the left side has been altered with paired horned 12-pane sashes on each floor. There are basement openings as well. The doorway is accessed by two steps and has a square-headed design with a vermiculated keystone. It features a recessed flush six-panel door topped with a radiating-bar fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
