Description
10 Westgate Hill is a house in a terraced row, constructed of rubble stone with a close-eaved slate roof that is continuous with the roof of No 11, but is notably lower than that of No 9. The house has two storeys, with the roof descending over a projection to the left, which features one window and access steps. To the left, there is a triple casement window, and to the right, a square-headed entrance, both adorned with stone voussoirs. A flight of ten stone steps leads up to a boarded entrance door on the ground floor. The side wall of the projection has a small 8-pane sash window positioned at the angle to the main wall. The main front wall to the right consists of only one bay, featuring a narrow 8-pane sash window on the ground floor, similar to the first-floor window of the adjoining bay of No 11, also with stone voussoirs, and a 12-pane sash window above it under the eaves. A tall, narrow rendered brick stack is located on the verge. The property has not been inspected.
