Description

Haroldstone Bridge is a single-arched road bridge featuring a well-hade segmental arch made of rock-faced stone voussoirs. It has a raised grey limestone flat band above the arch. The bridge is notable for its unusually high flat parapets, which have squared end-on coping stones. There is a boundary stone with an eroded inscription built into the west parapet. The parapets are ramped down at the ends on the southeast, southwest, and northeast sides.
