Description
Clegyr Uchaf is a two-storey building constructed of roughcast rubble stone, topped with a grouted slate roof and featuring rendered end stacks. The front facade has a three-window range, each fitted with 12-pane sash windows that have slate sills. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight, surrounded by a raised cement surround and hoods above the windows. The eaves are supported by paired timber brackets.
On the southern end, there is a lean-to. To the north, there is a lower two-storey range that includes a large north end stack, a plank door with a dog-gate set in a rendered lean-to porch, a 12-pane sash window to the left, and two 20th-century windows above. The north end of the building is finished in whitewashed rubble stone and features stone outside stairs leading to an upper door.
The front garden is enclosed by thick dry-dashed rubble walls, which are topped with pyramid-capped piers and an iron gate. Additionally, there is a mounting block located on the farmyard side of the north wall.
