Description

This is an outbuilding located on the north side of the beach approach. It is constructed from grey limestone rubble, featuring tooled cornerstones and window jambs. The roof is made of slate with a flat leaded ridge, designed in a triangular shape to fit the splayed plan of the building. There is a small red-brick chimney at the right end. The building is single storey and has one window on the south side, which is currently boarded over, with a sandstone single lintel and a slate sill. The left end has a broad opening with a cemented lintel above a 20th-century garage door.
