Description
Croeswdig Treleddyn is a farmhouse constructed from slate-hung rubble stone, featuring a low-pitched roof made of grouted slate. The building has rendered end stacks and an outshut at the rear. It is two storeys high with a three-window main front, which includes openings with painted cambered brick heads. The upper floor has 9-pane sash windows, while the lower floor has 12-pane sashes and a central 4-panel door with an overlight. Slate sills are present beneath the windows, and there is a date plaque located under the central window. The west end wall is slate-hung, with a small loft light, and Caerbwdy stone quoins are visible where the slate-hanging has been damaged at the southwest angle.
To the east, there is an attached lower two-storey service range, which has a colourwashed rubble front and a grouted slate roof, along with a massive whitewashed stack at the east end. This service range features two small 4-pane windows located under the eaves, and a door set within a large colourwashed rubble porch that has a grouted slate hipped roof, which includes a seat. To the right of the porch, there are a pair of 4-pane sashes. Additionally, there is an attached mounting block and an outshut at the rear.
The front garden of the house is enclosed by a whitewashed rubble wall that has square piers and a wooden gate.
