Description
The Lookout Tower, part of the Rocket Cart House located on Hardings Hill in Angle, is a three-storey structure. It has a plinth approximately 0.5 meters high. The original facing-brickwork has been rendered with a rough texture. The tower features brick corbels, a dentil course, and a parapet, all of which are also rendered.
On the ground storey, there is a replaced door that faces the front. The first storey has a pair of round-headed windows on a common sill, supported by three sub-sill brackets, facing south and north. The second storey, which faces west, north, and south, has a triplet of similar windows on a common sill with four brackets. The tower has a flat roof.
Additionally, there is an enclosure wall made of original red brick in Flemish Bond, constructed from local bricks.
