Description
Penfeidir is a large farmhouse built in the early to mid 19th century. It features unpainted roughcast walls with raised cement dressings and an imitation slate roof, along with stone stacks at each end. The front of the building has three storeys and a regular arrangement of three windows, which are later 19th century four-pane sashes. The upper floor windows are square and positioned under the eaves, with slate sills beneath them. The entrance consists of a central panelled door. The farmhouse has raised cement angle strips, string courses, and decorative surrounds for the windows and door. The southeast end wall is slate-hung and includes a blocked loft window, while the northwest end wall is made of rubble stone and features four-pane windows on each floor. There is a southeast rear wing with an end stack.
