Description
Lluest is an early 19th-century house constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. The building has a broad two-storey front with three windows, all of which are sash windows with recessed cambered stone voussoirs and raised keystones. The upper floor has three 12-pane sashes, while the ground floor includes one renewed 16-pane sash on the right, a central 20th-century door with a similar stone head, and a large 20th-century tripartite sash with a flat lintel to the left. The windows have slate sills.
The south end wall features a loft window, and the rear of the house has lean-tos on either side of a gabled stair tower, with the south side being slate hung. There is a 12-pane stair light with a brick head.
In front of the house, a curved rubble wall encloses the front garden, which is accessed through monolith piers and a metal gate.
