Description
Castle Green is a pair of single-storey cottages built in the early to mid 19th century from rubble stone, topped with slate roofs. They feature a stone ridge stack and a stack at the south end. Each cottage has a double-fronted design with cambered stone heads above the central doors and the windows on either side. The cottage on the left has sash windows with marginal glazing bars and a five-panel door, three of which are fielded. The cottage on the right has renewed 12-pane sash windows and a ledged door. Both cottages have slate sills.
